When will pre-order be available?

Pre-orders for the Standard Edition will be live on January 30th at 10 am pt.

Will there be a Collector's Edition?

Which platforms will MLB The Show 24 be available for?

PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch.

Is the disc version available for all consoles?

The Standard Edition disc version is available for the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series S|X. PlayStation 4 and Xbox One are digital only.

What is the release date for the Standard Edition?

March 19, 2024.

Will MLB The Show 24 be available on Game Pass at launch?

Yes.

Will there be a Tech Test?

MLB The Show 24 will not have a pre-launch Tech Test.

What platforms support the stadium creator mode?

Stadium Creator is only available on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.

Will MLB The Show 24 support Cross Progression?

Yes. Just create an MLB The Show account and link all your primary PlayStation Network, Xbox Live and Nintendo Online accounts.

Can I buy stubs on one console and transfer them to another console with Cross Progression?

No. Stubs purchased can only be used on the platform they were originally purchased on.

Will MLB The Show 24 have Year to Year saves?

No. Year to year saves will not be supported in MLB The Show 24.

Is cross-play between platforms supported?

Yes, all consoles support cross-play.

Will custom stadiums and logos transfer from 23 to 24?

Yes, custom stadiums and logos that are uploaded to the Vaults will be accessible when 24 launches.

If I purchase an MVP Edition or Digital Deluxe Edition, how will I receive early access?

Digital purchases of these editions will automatically come with Early Access. No code redemption is necessary.

Is the Custom Leagues mode in MLB The Show 24?

Custom Leagues is in MLB The Show 24.

Why can’t I purchase Stubs™ in Australia?

To comply with new regulations relevant to the purchase of virtual currencies for use in-game, we’ve stopped the sale of Stubs™ in Australia at this time. Please know that we regularly review what we offer in each region to stay in line with local regulations.

Nintendo Switch

Will I need to download the game if I buy the cartridge?

Yes, an additional download is required.

Will the Nintendo Switch support Cross Saves?

Yes. You can upload your saves through the cloud and download them on the other platforms.

Will I be able to play with my friends on other consoles?

Yes. Full cross play is supported.

Negro Leagues Edition

Is the Negro Leagues Edition available on all platforms?

No, the Negro Leagues Edition is only available for PlayStation (dual entitlement on PS5 and PS4) & Xbox (dual entitlement on Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One).

If I purchase a Negro Leagues Edition for PlayStation 5, how will I receive early access?

A code will be located in the physical steelbook. This code includes both the game (dual entitlement on PS5 and PS4) and content entitlements, which include Early Access.

If I purchase a Negro Leagues Edition for Xbox, how will I receive early access?

Both a disc and code will be located in the physical steelbook. The disc includes the game (dual entitlement on Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One), while the code includes the content entitlements, which include Early Access.
